- no amendment(s) is allowed once the order is confirmed, so please double check before sending the order to us.
- if the spree/pre-order is cancelled due to some reasons, we will refund 100% to you.
- however, we will only refund 40% (to the nearest cents) to you if you were to cancel your order.
- if the suppliers went MIA, we are not responsible for it.
- 100% refunds will be given for OOS items after all the items arrived.
- we will not be responsible for the product's functionality/quality/defects. however, all the items will definitely be brand new from overseas.
- colour of items may be slightly different due to the colour resolution of different computers and cameras.
- all items sold are not refundable, exchangeable or returnable. we will ensure that the item is not defected before we send out.
- we are not responsible for any lost or damaged normal mails.
- your items will only be kept for 14 days after notification of item arrival. after 14 days, the items will be confiscated.
- order status of the item will be updated once the pre-order/spree is closed. this is for tracking purpose.
- our responsibility ends once the item is passed to you.
- your personal information will be kept confidential.

3. wait for our reply (usually within 48 hours unless we are away)
4. make payment within 48 hours and send us an email to inform us (include the transfer date and amount transferred). If you need more time to make payment, do inform us.
5. wait for collection! :)
6. once the item is here, we will send out emails to inform you.
